TSTET (Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test) is about to be conducted on July 23rd 2017 at various centers of 10 Districts. A large number of aspiring candidates willing to acquire TET qualifications have already completed registration in the month of June 2017.

Candidates are hereby informed that the admit card will be  be released soon on the website: www.tstet.cgg.gov.in

Thus, candidates can download Call letter from the official website by using their date of birth or registration number. Furthermore, hall ticket will be available for download until the last date of the exam.

The organisation conducts Teacher Eligibility Test every year to select qualified teachers for different government Primary and Higher Secondary Schools. So, this year we look forward to some more talented and capable teachers.

Note- the admit card will be released 15 days prior to the exam.

 TSTET 2017 Exam Pattern

  • The written exam will be of objective type.
  • There will be two papers.
  • Paper I is for candidates aspiring to be primary teachers.
  • Paper II is for High School teacher aspirants.
  • Furthermore, Paper I includes child development and pedagogy, Language I, II, Mathematics and Environmental Studies.
  • Each section will carry 50 marks. Total marks- 150.
  • Paper II will contain 60 mark of mathematics for math/science candidates and 60 marks of social science for applicants of social studies along with child development, language I and II.
  • Candidates must check out the exam syllabus as well as previous year question papers.
  • Expected cut off mark for the exam out of 150 mark is 87 for General, 85 for OBC, 80 for SC/ST. They may also vary.
