Central Board of Education has issued the notification for CTET February Application From 2017.  Only online method is available. Every year a huge number of interested candidates register for primary or upper primary teacher. The CTET is an entrance exam for Teachers. This test is for teaching jobs in government schools from Class 1 to 8. CTET exam was conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. This exam is conducted twice in a year i.e., in the months of February and September. The CTET exam is conducted in two parts – morning and evening sessions. Furthermore, the paper conducted in the morning session is for class 1st to 5th class teacher whereas paper 2nd conducted in the evening session is for class 6th to 8th class.

CTET Feb 2017 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates applying for Primary stage must have passed class 12th / Senior Secondary / Graduation with at least 50% marks. Along with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education from the recognized university.

The candidates applying for Upper Primary Stage must have passed graduation with at least 50% of marks. Along with 1-year B.Ed. from a recognized University or Institute.

Age relaxation is applicable for the candidates as per rules and regulations of the government.

CTET Feb 2017 Syllabus & Exam Pattern

The CTET exam is an objective multiple-choice type exam. The duration of entrance test will be of 2 and half hours. Therefore, exam consists of multiple-choice questions from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Hindi), Language II (English), Mathematics and Environmental Studies. Each question carries one mark.

CTET Admit Card 2017 Hall Ticket Download

The selection process is based on candidate’s performance of the candidate in CTET Entrance test and interview conducted. Admit Card for the candidate those who has applied for CTET FEB 2017 will be available on the official website. Therefore, students with Hall Ticket will appear in the exam. After the successful completion of Exam, Result will be declared.
